Clients Answer Eight Frequently
Asked Questions
(Excerpts taken from client interviews
by an independent third party)
- How would you describe the role
of a coach to a colleague or friend?
"A coach is someone I can talk to and really
depend on for getting objective, honest, and true
opinions. Barbara forces me to think by throwing
questions back to me. Wonderful, effective, amazing!"
Pamela, Executive Director of Finance, Ohio
"A coach assists you in collecting data about your
issue and organizing that data in a meaningful manner
so that you can analyze it, devise alternative solutions
and determine a course of action for resolution
of the issue. Having an objective observer helped
me to see the information I had before me, but was
not able to see and organize for myself due to my
bias, preconceptions or for whatever other reason.
I unreservedly recommend professional coaching."
Brenda, Attorney, Colorado
"Barbara's coaching style falls nicely between discerning
psychiatrist and loving friend. While she's amazingly
intuitive, she's also compassionate and generous.
Like all great teachers, Barbara doesn't tell you
what to do; she works intimately with you until
the answer simply appears."
Kimberly, Public Relations Director, California

It's a good investment! Coaching helps you get focused/refocused
on what you want your purpose to be, either business
or personal, life in general. Your work is one aspect

but I needed someone to guide me and help me realize
my potential. When you hit obstacles, your coach
helps you persevere and move ahead."
